Regina Kenan-Lady Lion’ness was born and raised in Chinquapin, North Carolina but now lives in Buffalo, NY. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children and 2 beautiful grandchildren, she was raised in a single-family home with 2 other siblings.
She attended Philadelphia Training Institution in Baltimore, MD for Business Management she also attended Katherine Gibbs School in NY, NY and received an AAS Degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising.
She is currently working on becoming a domestic violence advocate so that she is able to work to help women and young girls to build up their self esteem and their confidence. As she had to overcome some of the same issues in her life to going through severe depression and anxiety.
Unfortunately she still has to deal with severe depression and anxiety as she works toward building her business it sometimes puts a hold on what she is doing.
She works with women in her church that also are going through mental illness such as OCD, anxiety, depression etc…Regina’s mission in life is to encourage as many women and young girls of all ages and to teach them how to believe in themselves and know their self-worth and their purpose in life.
Regina lives by her favorite quote, “I am bent, but not broken. I am scarred, but not disfigured. I am sad, but not hopeless. I am tired, but not lifeless. I am afraid, but not powerless. I am angry, but not bitter. I am depressed, but not giving up.
